2. The picture format is JPG, PNG, PDF, and AI. The length&width ratio is 41:13. The edges of the picture will be cut to the shape of a flowboard. Do not place key elements, such as signatures, around the picture edges.


3. After purchasing this product, please send the picture you would like to customize along with the order number to: Waveupshop@163.com


4. We can design a picture for you. Please prepare an original HD image, add our WeChat (Waveupshop), and send it to us for design. We only perform basic optimization of the picture, addition of signatures, logos, etc., and if more complex design are required, a design fee will be charged through evaluation.
