1. What are the main materials of Waveup Flowboards?
Waveup Indoor Flowboards are designed for Flowrider sports (also known as simulated surfing, indoor surfing, flowboarding) , the interior is handcrafted in a five-storey structure. The five layers are EVA anti-slip panel layer, center hardware layer, fiberglass layer, color resin layer and carbon fiber base layer, which make the surfboard very stable without being too heavy, and the channel at the bottom makes it more stable.
2. How long will it be shipped after the order is placed?
We usually have 20-30 spot flowboards in stock, and we recommend you to buy in stock, which will save you a lot of time.If you buy a stock flowboard, we will ship the board within 24 hours, holidays may be delayed, we use professional packaging and SF Express for shipping.
If you order a specific type of flowboard or custom board, we will produce the board for you in about 30 days in summer. If in October to February, please allow 50-60 days as we have a lot of snowboard orders in winter. The production cycle is related to the current order quantity. Generally, winter is the busy season. If you need to know the estimated delivery time, send your order number to WeChat or email. Once the delivery is complete, you can check the progress on the website.
3. Can I customize the bottom and top of my Flowboard?
The bottom can be customized graphic, which can be ordered through the custom board link, and the top customization is not supported.
Custom picture can be common files such as JPG, PNG, PDF, and AI. The picture with a length-to-width ratio of 41:13 can be used. The recommended file size is less than 20 MB. The edges of the patterns will be cut into the shape of a flowboard. Therefore, do not place key elements around the picture, such as signatures, etc., as they may be cropped.
We can design a picture for you, please prepare a high-definition picture, add our Wechat (Waveupshop) and send it to us for design. We only perform basic optimization of the picture, addition of signatures, logos, etc., and if more complex design are required, a design fee will be charged through evaluation.
No refunds will be accepted for custom boards once orders are received.
4. Which countries and regions can be delivered to?
We use SF Express and EMS's global co-express network to deliver to countries and regions around the world, which has reasonable cost and fast speed. We have sent our flowboards to the United States, Germany ,Russia,Korea,Japan,Malaysia,Thailand,Singapore and so on. Transportation between countries is carried by air. Transportation within countries is carried by land. Customs clearance is required after arrival at the destination city. Generally, there is no customs duty for personal use.
